Prospect Prospective

One of the most powerful sales strategies you can use when prospecting is to convey to your prospects that you don't care all that much if they buy from you or not. It's called, "The Take Away."

To do this right, remember that you have something they need - a great product, income, freedom, etc.

It's not about you. It's about the great opportunity that you have - for THEM!

Hi,

It was a good post.

Here is an important tip on customer service training.

Proper phone skill is a basic to dealing with customers. The way you react in every phone call is as important as having a face-to-face meeting with the potential client. Above anything else, enthusiasm must show in your voice. Convey the idea that you are very much interested to the client and you are skilled enough in your work of taking care of the elders. From the start of the conversation until the end, don’t fail to show your enthusiasm. Keep in mind that a positive attitude is contagious hence you will be able to give a portion of it to your client.
